OUR Policies

Our goal is to provide a welcoming, inclusive environment where participants can connect deeply through guided movement, music, and presence. Each class is thoughtfully designed to support emotional expression, human connection, and personal growth. To help us provide the best possible experience for everyone, please review our policies below. Registering for a class signifies your understanding and agreement with the following guidelines.


Reservations:

To ensure your space in class, we recommend booking your sessions in advance by filling out the WAIVER online form found on the class page. Space is limited and our groups are intentionally bonded to foster connection and continuity. We may send reminders via our What's App group hours before class if it needs to be cancelled. If you choose not to provide contact info, you will not receive reminders.


Please let us know about any sensitivities, physical concerns, or accessibility needs when booking your class so we can support your experience accordingly.


Cancellation Policies and Fees:

Your spot is reserved just for you. As our classes are group-based and limited in size, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged the full class rate.


We value your time and ours—this policy ensures fairness for all participants and supports our facilitators' planning and preparation. If an emergency arises, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you.


First Class Arrival: 

If it's your first time joining us, please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and settle in. We will be asked you to complete a short intake form if you have not filled in the online WAIVER found on the class page. Comfortable movement clothing and an open heart are all that’s required.  Doors will lock at the time of the class.


Check In & Late Arrival:

Returning participants should arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins to create a calm and grounded environment for all. If you are late, we may not be able to accommodate you once the session has started, as it can disrupt the group flow. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.  Door will lock at the start of the class.


Safety:

Please let your facilitator know before class if you are experiencing illness, physical or mental discomfort, pregnancy, or any condition that may impact your ability to participate fully.


Participation is always at your own pace. You are encouraged to honor your body and emotional needs throughout class.

Biodanza is a practice of presence. To support a serene and connected atmosphere:


  • Please silence your mobile devices before entering the space.
  • Please arrive on time to respect the teacher, participants and process.  Doors lock just before start time.
  • Be mindful of voice volume and energy in shared spaces before and after class.
  • Respect the vulnerability of others and refrain from judgment.
  • We dance barefoot or in very soft-soled dance specific shoes.
  • Do not wear strong perfumes.
  • Do not do drugs/drink before a session.


SPACE Environment:

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the participant and should be kept within your possession at all times. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged items.


Our classes are intended for adults 18+. While we love children and pets, our class environment is not suitable for them. Service animals are permitted with prior notice.


Prices and Services:

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for missed classes or partial attendance. If you have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible—we will do our best to work with you.


Privacy Policy:

We respect your privacy and is committed to protecting and securely managing all of the personal information you choose to share with us. During your online visit, you may be required to share personally identifiable information, such as your first and last name, physical address, telephone number, and/or email address. We collect this information in order to facilitate the delivery of services and/or completion of an order. We will never sell, share, or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties in ways different from what is disclosed in the privacy policies.
